Mission Beyond Community

Our Church places importance on mission outside our community. In 2001 we established a partnership with Central Asia projects.  We support the General Mission of the Presbyterian Church. We follow the percentages recommended by Presbytery in dividing the money pledged to General Mission among General Assembly Synod of the Covenant and Eastminster Presbytery.

Our congregation supports the four annual special offerings requested by PCUSA: One Great Hour of Sharing, Pentecost Offering, Peacemaking Offering and the Christmas Joy Offering

In promoting interest and participation in mission work, our Church supports and encourages attendance at the New Wilmington Mission Conference and sponsors a youth mission trip on alternate years.
